performance in the workplace. Employee performance is essential factor to be
achieved organizations ultimate goals & objectives. Some factors are
positively correlated with employee performance. And also some factors are negatively
correlated with employee performance.

Identify the motivating factors and work on motivating employees

Take necessary steps to mitigate the unnecessary
stress

among employees

for the employees and creating competitive advantage in intense competitive
environment.

Establish performance management system to evaluate
employees for rewards and recognition.

Carried out proper Job Analysis process

Designed attractive workplace environment to develop employees
mental status
·
Established Effective Recruitment and selection process to
bring right persons in to the Organization.
Managing above factors will lead to enhance the employee
performance and this will help to achieving organization ultimate goals and
objectives, as well as creating value to the organization.
IT also takes greater influence on increasing employee performance. Nowadays organisation makes IT side more usable and adaptable to make sure they benchmark with the market. I conclude that IT would be one of the major factor influencing employee performance.
